This website is operated by Veyaria. By visiting our store or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; if so, you will receive a full refund.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
  • Promotions such as "Buy 2, get 1 free" and discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated. We may change or end promotions at any time without affecting orders already placed.
  • Payment is taken securely when you place your order.

Products

We try to display colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences in colour or measurements may occur. Size guides are provided as a guide only.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.

Returns and your rights

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and our 30-day happiness guarantee gives you extra time. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or for business losses. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to Veyaria or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
