Refund Policy
30-day happiness guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help with an exchange or a refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and grip socks can't be returned unless faulty.
- To start a return, email velmorastore35@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions — please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original delivery charges are refunded if you cancel within 14 days.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
