Free UK delivery on orders over £40
Standard UK delivery on orders under £40: £3.99
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
Estimated delivery: 7–12 working days (allow a few extra days during sales and holidays)
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1–3 days to show activity.
Items are dispatched from our fulfilment partners, so orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

If you're not completely happy, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help with an exchange or a refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags
For hygiene reasons, underwear and grip socks can't be returned unless faulty
Email us your order number to start a return — we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Faulty or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving your return

Under UK consumer law you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
