This Privacy Policy explains how Veyaria ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store. We are the data controller for your personal information. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Information we collect

  • Contact and order details — name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and the items you order.
  • Payment information — payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Device and usage information — IP address, browser, device type and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Communications — anything you send us, for example customer service emails.

How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your orders, including sharing your delivery details with our fulfilment and shipping partners
  • To provide customer service, returns and refunds
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To improve our website, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract (your order), our legitimate interests (running and improving our store, preventing fraud), your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation.

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal and accounting requirements (usually up to 6 years), and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
